We had famous professionals, experienced and world
wide known members of the IWG - International
Work Group on Death, Dying and Bereavement,
who shared their experiences and specialties with
Brazilian professionals and students who belong to
of palliative care intervention, bereavement, death,
and psycho-oncology areas.
Once
more, we have the initiative of offering to Brazilian
people who work with or study ethical and bio-ethical
issues, health care, quality of life, palliative care,
death education, and bereavement, knowledge from different
parts of the world.
Therefore,
our interest of making this event has blossomed. It
will bring the opportunity of showing a wide range
of research and experiences, an initiative of 4
Estações Instituto de Psicologia,
to encourage scientific production on this field of
knowledge, and the systematization of interventions
put into practice with the population of every corner
of the country.
